Licensed in AL, NC, and TX

Ms. Arndt obtained her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Washburn University School of Law in 1998.  She was licensed in North Carolina in 1998 and practiced primarily real property and corporate law with a large firm in that state.  She became licensed in Texas in 2001.  In 2006, Ms. Arndt obtained her license in Alabama where she now resides and practices.  Since 1998, Shannon has managed her own contract business in which she manages an 11 state region for a national bar review course, mentors bar candidates in their preparation for various state bar exams, performs legal editing and research for a major legal publisher, and teaches college level paralegal courses.

Our office is devoted to providing exclusively transactional legal services.  This includes, but is not limited to business entity formation (corporations, LLC’s, partnerships, etc.), wills, advance healthcare directives, powers of attorney, legal document review, and contract drafting and/or review.  Additionally, we offer legal research and editing services on a contract basis to other practicing attorneys in Alabama.  Via our virtual office, you will be able to handle most transactions entirely or almost entirely electronically.  If an office visit is desirable or necessary, that may be arranged at your convenience as our office hours are very flexible to include evenings and weekends when this best fits your schedule.
